Justin Peters (1973) is the founder of Justin Peters Ministries, he is an itinerant preacher and author known for his biblical discernment ministry. He is most famous for his seminar "Clouds Without Water" which provides a biblical critique of the Word-Faith and Prosperity Gospel movements.
