Lonnie Frisbee (1949–1993) was a charismatic American evangelist and a key catalyst of the Jesus Movement in the late 1960s and 1970s. Often described as the original “hippie preacher,” his long hair, beard, and “Jesus-like” appearance made him a bridge between the counterculture of the era and evangelical Christianity.
