R.C. Sproul (1939–2017) was an American Reformed theologian, Christian apologist, and Presbyterian pastor. Sproul was the founder of Ligonier Ministries and he could be heard daily on the “Renewing Your Mind” radio broadcast. He dedicated his life to lay Christian education, aiming to bridge the gap between church Sunday school learning and reformed theological seminary level Bible knowledge.
