The Strange Fire Conference held in October 2013 at Grace Community Church in California was a landmark event hosted by Pastor John MacArthur. The goal was to provide a biblical critique of the modern Charismatic Movement which MacArthur and others argued often misrepresents the person and work of the Holy Spirit.
